1. Services Provided

We provide assistance with the preparation and submission of U.S. tax forms, including IRS Forms 1120 and 5472. We are not the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and are not affiliated with the IRS.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You will review all forms before submission
• You are solely responsible for meeting IRS deadlines and compliance requirements

3. Enrolled Agents

We are Enrolled Agents (EAs) authorized to practice before the IRS.

4. No Professional Advice

Unless explicitly stated in writing, our services and communications do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or attorney who is familiar with your specific circumstances.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid in full before services begin. Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee IRS acceptance of any filing, the avoidance of penalties, or any specific tax outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• IRS penalties, including penalties related to Form 5472
• Errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or inaccurate information you provide.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
